A friend suggested me padampuri for a weekend outing from delhi. How is the place for a group of college folks?

Even I have heard a lot about this place from my best friend who visited this place in October 2011. He was really amazed and the best part was this place offers both land and water based activities. The rock surface is quite good unlike lot of places where it is just for name sake. Also the river flowing in fornt is a good place to sit chillax with friends. I plan to go to this place sometime during end of Feb when the climate would be slightly warmer to enjoy water. If you want details I can ask him and tell you more about it.
